Training
Training & team development
Technical curricula, certification paths and hands-on workshops for engineering and support teams, built by someone who ran training for a whole region.
Support and NOC teams · Linux and cloud · documentation · AI for teams · onboarding programmes · train-the-trainer
Good training is not a slide deck; it is a path from day one to competent, with checkpoints a manager can see. I design that path and teach the technical parts myself.
What I do
- Training needs analysis and a curriculum per role (support, NOC, SOC, engineers).
- Certification paths that match the business (Linux, cloud, ITIL, security), with a realistic timeline.
- Hands-on workshops: Linux and shell, Docker, incident handling, writing procedures, using AI tools well.
- Onboarding programmes with milestones from the first day to the first on-call shift, so managers see progress instead of guessing.
- Train-the-trainer, so the capability stays in your team.
Who it's for
Support and operations teams, data-centre and hosting staff, engineering teams adopting new tooling.
